The steamy novel, which was published by Pageturner [the same company that published Miss Kitty’s Good Girl Gone Bad last year], tells the story of ‘Brandy’ – an extroverted young beauty, and her new found partner; Dylan Rembrandt [heir to a local restaurant empire]. The story follows the line of Dylan’s boring life until Brandy shows up. With him being who he is, he has always lived a sheltered and reserved life, but Brandy is just the opposite – she is outgoing and spontaneous – just what he needs, but little did he know, he was also just what she needed.
All is well in the beginning, they seem to make the perfect couple, but like all good things, that soon came to an end when Brandy decided that it was time to trade the party scene and the streets for her role as housewife, but fat boy is hooked to the party scene and the streets, which Brandy had introduced him to and for him, which he simply couldn’t get enough of. With Brandy now his woman, Dylan’s stock had risen tremendously and in no time the ladies reject became the ladies’ choice – Out and about – Playing and Paying the role – Brandy is suspicious, but he gets good at the game, leaving no room for errors – and with her being taken care of like she was, she really was in no hurry to rock the boat. What happens next could cause us all to be on our guards.
According to D’Angel, the novel is in no way a reflection of her experiences, but just a really interesting and mix-up story. Get it online at Amazon, or at bookstores islandwide.
